Terrapin brews the perfect beer for baseball season

Updated

It's spring, which means it's getting warmer, flowers are blossoming -- and the best part, it's baseball season again. If you're looking for a unique and refreshing drink in the stands, Atlanta-based Terrapin Beer Company has you covered.

Not only did they create a new beer for baseball season -- but it's made with actual baseball bats. According to an emailed statement, the beer, named Chopsecutioner, uses Mizuno bats as the main ingredient. It is an evolution of the favorite Hopsecutioner IPA from Terrapin.

Terrapin fans close by to the new Brew Lab inside SunTrust Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, can have Chopsecutioner for themselves soon. On April 14, Terrapin is offering a first taste of the special brew.
