Vacations are meant to be a time to recharge, but sometimes they can get so busy that you come home needing a vacation from your vacation. (Couple a busy itinerary with too much sun, cocktails, and long dinners out and it can make you want to detox.)

But thanks to the recent surge in popularity of wellness and fitness getaways, now there are plenty of trip options that will actually leave you feeling refreshed and reinvigorated at the end.

Many of the best combine plenty of fun with workouts, yoga classes, and nutrition lectures—from dance parties with live bands to wine tasting and glacier hikes (yes, really). Where to start?

Keep reading to discover the best healthy retreats happening every single week between now and September 1—all of which are perfect for solo travelers and healthy squads alike.

June 16-19: Wanderlust Stratton
Bondville, VT

It's pretty common knowledge that Wanderlust is the Coachella of yoga festivals, combining stadium-sized classes led by rockstar teachers with music sets by, well, actual rock stars. The fest is traveling around the U.S. and Canada all summer, but its first (and only) East Coast stop is definitely not to be missed. Headliners include Gabrielle Bernstein, Dylan Werner, andSeane Corn, while MC Yogi and Michael Franti will be supplying the tunes.

June 25-26: Strength + Flow Fest
Gurney's Montauk, NY

One sure-fire way to kick off a super-healthy summer in the Hamptons: a fitness-focused weekend at Gurney's. The festivities include team-based workouts with Dana Cavalea (the former strength and conditioning coach for the Yankees), beachfront yoga classes, a Zappos fitness fashion pop-up, a juice bar, and other healthy happenings courtesy of Wellthily.

July 1-4: Yoga Restival
Boulevard, CA

If an Independence Day weekend filled with orange wine and veggie burgers isn't your jam, perhaps this will be: a festival dedicated to restorative yoga, massage, music, and dance. Taking place deep in the desert outside of Los Angeles, the retreat will be super intimate—only 100 tickets will be sold—and you'll be staying in "upscale camping" facilities along with popular LA-area teachers, including Ali Owens, Nicole Doherty, Laurel Erilane, and Jessica Annand (the fest's co-founder).

July 12-16: DuVine's TDF Mount Ventoux Bike Tour

What could be more exhilarating than biking your way through the South of France? Taking the same route as the Tour de France riders, during the main event itself. On this five-day tour—which coincides with Bastille Day—you'll not only have the chance to ride on some of the TDF's most infamous cols, but you'll also be able to cheer on this year's competitors as they pass through the region. And, since this is France we're talking about, there will be plenty of amazing food and wine breaks to help you refuel.

July 14-17: Tracy Anderson's Vitality Week
Water Mill, NY

Now that the grand dame of dance cardio is getting cozy with mere mortals and not just the celeb set, she's hosting a four-day intensive in the Hamptons (and another one taking place August 25-28). The itinerary includes daily workouts, lectures, and Q&A sessions, so if you've ever wanted to ask her more about her aversion to rest days, now's your chance.
