Bassam as-Salhi (Arabic: بسام الصالحي, born 1960) is a General Secretary of the Palestinian People's Party and elected member of the Palestinian Legislative Council. He was the party's candidate for President of the Palestinian Authority in 2005. He received the fewest votes.

In May 2018, he was elected to the PLO ’s Executive Committee (EC). He ran in the 2005 presidential elections and was minister of culture in the Palestinian Authority (PA) in 2007.
