Inkbox gives you the freedom of a professional looking temporary tattoo

Updated

Tattoos can stand for a variety of things. Artistic expression, a fond memory, or maybe you got one after a very fun night on the town. Whichever your reason, tattoos have become much more mainstream.

The thought of permanently inking your body can be very scary to some people, which is why the geniuses behind inkbox created a clever way to get the tattoo you want, but not for long. The startup company is in the process of developing realistic-looking tattoos that fade after only 12 to 15 days.

The tattoos are reportedly safe for all ages and are made from 100% fruit based ink. The best part? They are pain-free. Not only are they temporary, and pain free, but they are also cheap!

Available in an array of sizes, inkbox is currently on Kickstarter selling stock design tattoos for $14 or $36 for your own custom design. inkbox's original goal was $15,752, but have already tripled that goal raising $49,039 and counting!

Not only has inkbox created an awesome product, but a percentage of the Panamanian based fruit tattoo proceeds will be donated to the Darien Initiative, an organization that provides educational and agricultural support to tribes in this region.
