Update 9/1 2:40pm: Jo has now added that James was sorted into ... Gryffindor! Just like his mom and dad. How sweet!

-----

September 1st marks the day that summer is over, which means only one thing: school. And if you're a wizard, that means you are headed back to Hogwarts.

Today is the day that all of the young witches and wizards of the U.K. head to King's Cross Station, walk through Platform 9 3/4 and hop on the Hogwarts Express to spend the year learning all there is to know about wizardry...not of course before they are sorted into the correct house.

All Potterheads know that September 1st is a holiday in "Harry Potter" world (and an unofficial holiday for the world), and the queen herself, J.K. Rowling, took to Twitter to wish Harry Potter's son, James, good luck on his first day at Hogwarts.

Fans naturally went insane because deep down, everyone wishes that somehow she will announce another book. Plus, it's incredible the connection she has with the characters, the series and fans, so naturally her acknowledging September 1st is a big deal.

Just imagine the reaction if she did in fact come out with another book to the series. #BreaktheInternet part 2?
